A note to all successive folk with freebie intentions: save a copy of the page.

May sound obvious, but hopefully it will help somebody out.

First off, many thanks to the OP.

    My review.

About 1.5 hours of content / presentation.

The Primary focus is on the use of targeted and affordable Google TV ads, and how to use "his" tips and strategies to make it work for you.
His foundation is based on the 4 Keys to making effective video ads, and the 3 types of video ads (direct response ads, pro ads, and branding ads), and the simple formula (simple reference to the AIDCA marketing model), and how to go to animoto, pixelfish, google, and sign up for accounts.

Then he touches on targeting tools offered by doctor google, network and daypart targeting, before discussing the cpm and auction bidding, tracking results, tweaking campaigns, and the tools recommended to create the ads themselves. (sound familiar anyone?).

A list of networks which he refers to includes:
    MyUS.com, Bongous.com, Usabox.com,Usa2me.com

My personal opinion is that he has done a refreshing introduction to the google tv ads, but revealed NO secrets whatsoever.

Much, if not all, of this is common sense and knowledge for any marketer, either offline or online, (planning, budgeting, test and tracking, using metrics etc…), and NOTHING new that has not already been discussed in BHW, in terms of other methods (PPC etc).
From my own experience in real life, with the use of press ads, radio ads, and television ads, many aspects of this introduction resonates with me, namely that BUDGETING is the priority, in that results are more worthwhile at the lower end e.g. press / radio ads, for smaller projects, and only use Television ads for larger projects, which only proved useful when there was an adequate return on Investment, by increased sales, and the use of TV for profile building and branding.

Although this post may seem like a brief lecture in marketing in general and advertising in particular, it is not designed to be so, more of an eye opener as such. I would however highlight one aspect, and that is that Television is by definition BROADCASTING (i.e. less targeted), whereas the internet advertising has evolved into NARROWCASTING, whereby you can focus more on niches and the respective audiences, and certainly Google TV ads and others will have a significantly larger role to play in the future of online advertising.

However, I must stress that – just as in real offline advertising – this is only for those companies and individuals who have deep pockets, especially when you consider the production costs etc…, let alone the airtime costs and analysis. So, IMHO, this is not really for the average marketer at present, and in fairness to the product, it covers a sample of costs for using this method, so if you have clients who have larger high ticket items, and proportional budgets, then you will find this an interesting introduction, but not a lot else.

This probably worth about $7 product on “Introduction to Google TV ads”, but it does nothing else.

    I rate this product:

    As a “traffic secret” 1/10
    Content 3/10
    Presentation 5 /10

Hope that helps some of you.

    Kez100 - I have a question.

Robert Delagato hooked me up w/ S3 Ripper [thanks Rob],
but I don't know how to use it effectively.

Do you know of a tutorial that shows the basics of how to use
it? I want to contribute more to this forum as it has helped me
    out a lot.

    Again, thanks for the share

    something.

I have been a member here for a while but admittedly
I am still tech retarded. i want to share more for
    this gr8 community
